You know that feeling - you're in the zone, you're racing through work, you're hitting your creativity out the ballpark, and then...bzzz, bzzz, bzzz, it's your phone, or a Teams' notification, or 7 emails. All that awesome focus goes out the window. Carve out time where you set things like Teams, calendar notifications, etc. to "do not disturb". Put your phone on "priority" so that no messages or phone calls (except important ones) can come through.
